Unitectra at the University of Zurich and the University of Bern is committed to technology transfer. It helps researchers negotiate and draft contracts (e.g. research cooperation, licenses, material transfer agreements), manage intellectual property (patents, brands, copyrights), and found spin-off companies. Unitectra also offers training and further education in the area of technology transfer. In addition, Unitectra offers financial support for research projects at the University of Zurich that will find practical use in industry.
